The EPLAN activation service is used in the EPLAN License Client, EPLAN License Manager and EPLAN Rehost tool to activate and return licenses. This service will be changed from 31st August 2023, and therefore we need your help to bring your systems up to the necessary software status. Instructions on how to update your environment can be found here.
As of 23rd May 2023, the driver software for EPLAN's physical dongles (usb hardlock) will reach its "End of Support" status. You can still use your EPLAN dongles with the current drivers after this year, but there is the risk of incompatibility with future Windows operating systems or updates. As a result, EPLAN is unable to maintain its support for dongle technology. Information on your options for switching to an e-license, can be found here.
The EPLAN Data Portal for Version 2.9 SP 1 and Platform 2022 will be discontinued by 31.12.2023. In order to continue to use the EPLAN Data Portal as usual, please update your software to Platform 2023 or Platform 2024 by this date.
