EPLAN Consultant 

Your Tasks 

• Presentation of our products and participation in trade fairs
• Consulting and individual support of our customers, dealers and subsidiaries on site
• Support of the sales departments in technical questions during the pre- and after-sales phases
• Implementation of special services and customer training
• Technical responsibility for the implementation of projects, Standardization work, interface implementation and recording and monitoring of the project status
• Independent development of new service potentials
• Integration of our products into customer engineering processes
• Long-term customer loyalty and further development of customer requirements
• Concept creation and implementation, both internally and with the customers

  

Your Profile 

• Degree in electrical engineering or a comparable education / experience
• Extensive practical experience in project planning / hardware construction / PLC systems
• Practically applicable programming knowledge
• EDP standard applications; application knowledge of CAD / CAE, network and operating systems
• Experience in the presentation of software products at trade fairs, customers or company-internal events
• Courteous appearance and experience in customer contact
• Persuasiveness, self-reliance and conceptual working, willingness to travel
• Good written and spoken English
